Elbrus Project Management sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Warsaw, Farma PV 10 sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Warsaw, and Elbrus OZE sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Warsaw, intend to merge, pursuant to Article 492 § 1 (1) of the Code of Commercial Companies, by taking over all assets of Farma PV 10 sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Warsaw, and Elbrus OZE sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Warsaw, as the acquired companies by Elbrus Project Management sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, as the acquiring company (“Merger”).

For the purpose of complying with the obligation specified in Article 500 §2 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the companies Elbrus Project Management sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw , Farma PV 10 sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw and Elbrus OZE sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, provide below the Merger Plan with annexes.

The Merger Plan will be available free of charge on this website, which is the website registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register for: Elbrus Project Management sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw , Farma PV 10 sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw and Elbrus OZE sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw continuously until the date of completion of the shareholders’ meeting adopting the resolution on the merger.
