Solar and wind farms

Understanding the irreversible process of transforming sources of electricity generation from exhaustible raw materials to renewable and environmentally friendly ones, we have set our sights on making investments in wind and photovoltaic power plants. This is our main specialisation and the foundation of our investment policy. We understand that renewable energy sources are not only an ecologically sustainable alternative, but also a profitable investment. Our knowledge and experience allows us to carefully analyse projects with the greatest potential to improve the environment, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix. By acting in the spirit of sustainability, we deliver value not only to our investors, but also to society and future generations. We strive for optimal solutions. ENERGY STORAGE

Investment in energy storage is a key part of the energy sector’s transformation towards increasingly sustainable and efficient energy systems. It is also an important part of our investment strategy. One of the objectives we have set ourselves is to optimise the management of energy from renewable sources, including increasing the flexibility and reliability of energy supply. Due to the growing nature of energy storage investments, we attach particular importance to analyses and risk assessments of individual investments. We actively search for energy storage projects with a view to their acquisition and realisation, i.e. construction and subsequent long-term operation allowing energy storage. We focus on several key elements. The most important of these is the realisation of investments in projects and the subsequent construction of our own energy storage facilities to ensure sustainable energy access and eliminate energy losses. Our strategy is to integrate the storage facilities with our existing and ongoing renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic and wind farms. This allows us to store surplus electricity during periods of favourable generating conditions and then use the stored energy during periods of no sun or less wind. We attach considerable importance to the choice of storage technology, which we tailor to individually assessed factors including efficiency, capacity and any costs associated with the investment. The main focus is on efficiency and measurable financial benefits such as operational cost savings by using cheaper energy during periods of low demand and selling energy at higher prices during peak periods.

HYDROGEN PROJECTS

Our investment strategy assumes that achieving climate neutrality in Poland will not be possible without the use, in key economic sectors such as energy, of hydrogen technologies. For this reason, one of our key investment tasks is to use renewable energy to produce green hydrogen, i.e. the most environmentally friendly fuel. Green hydrogen has many applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries and represents the undoubted future of the sector for powering various types of motor vehicles. Investment in green hydrogen means investment in the development of technology, infrastructure and markets related to this fuel. Following the plans and guidelines of the European Union, which plans to invest billions of euros in increasing the production and use of green hydrogen by 2030, our investment strategy must not overlook this key area. Ensuring our own access to adequate installed renewable generation capacity, combining wind power with photovoltaic sources is our main objective. We are investing in zero-emission green hydrogen production and in so-called off-grid projects, which will be integrated with the most technologically advanced electrolysers.

ELECTROMOBILITY

Believing that electric vehicles and the associated infrastructure will become a force in the global energy transition, we are investing in the development of the electromobility sector. We want to actively participate in shaping this market. We see potential in the need to develop charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, enabling a faster and more efficient transition to a sustainable and environmentally friendly way of getting around. As part of a group of portfolio companies, we provide comprehensive electric vehicle charging solutions that meet the highest standards. We implement technologically advanced, professional adaptive power optimisation solutions, generating real savings for customers in the costs of connection to the grid, installation and the power used. We are building our own network of public stations to provide Polish drivers with convenient and fast car charging. Our expertise includes consultancy and the sale of charging stations and stable systems to support them. We carry out audits to select for fleet entrepreneurs and those who want to have their own charging stations for electric vehicles appropriate, optimal hardware solutions. We install and service them, supporting customers in matters of use and technology. We build public charging stations expanding the network with new locations in Poland. Our stations are stable and operated by a trained, certified team of specialists. We provide full support in design, formal processes, UDT acceptance and after-sales care and station management.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We act as project manager for photovoltaic farms, coordinating all stages from design to construction and commissioning. We provide the client with a consistent and efficient implementation. We are a professional player in the renewable energy sector, offering comprehensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) services to other investors implementing photovoltaic power plant projects. Our core expertise includes the design, turnkey general contracting, energisation and maintenance of photovoltaic and wind power plants. By providing comprehensive EPC services, we are responsible for every stage of the project, from design, procurement and general contracting to the final energisation, ensuring, among other things, full technical and administrative support for the process of connecting the power plant to the grid. We operate according to the highest industry standards. We work exclusively and directly with global suppliers ensuring the highest quality components, equipment and installations. Our role does not end once construction is complete. We also offer O&M services, which means that we take care of the ongoing maintenance and supervision of the operation of photovoltaic power plants. Our aim is to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the plant, which translates into stability and profitability of the investment.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

We provide general contracting services for photovoltaic, heat pump and energy storage installations. Our services include general contracting of both small installations for individual customers and industrial installations for business customers. We also provide general contracting services for independent photovoltaic power plants – both up to and above 1 MW. We offer comprehensive general contracting services. We are responsible for purchasing the necessary materials and components. In the case of photovoltaic installations, these include solar panels, inverters, mounting structures and cabling. We work directly with global suppliers thus offering the highest quality. Our main service is the construction and installation of industrial installations and photovoltaic farms. Our work includes carrying out the necessary ground work, mounting solar panels on dedicated structures, installing inverters and connecting electrical systems. We also connect the farm to the electricity grid, i.e. we carry out the entire process of energisation, including obtaining the relevant approvals with the operator to ensure safe and compliant connection to the grid. Once the installation is complete, we carry out testing and commissioning of the photovoltaic system. We offer O&M and post-warranty services, where we provide full technical support and ongoing maintenance of the installation.
